Los autores, tomando como punto de partida la necesidad de integrar más miradas y, en particular, la del jurista y la del epistemólogo para comprender las revoluciones introducidas por las tecnologías, muestran claramente cómo la informática, como una nueva fase de la escritura, introduce mutaciones en lo antropológico y, en particular, sobre el derecho, en tanto regulador esencial de las relaciones sociales.
